What group wellness experiences do you offer for conferences in San Diego?
Pre-keynote morning resets, sunrise movement on the beach, guided coastal hikes, breathwork sessions and closing-day experiences. Each one is built to slot into a conference agenda — before sessions start, between programming blocks, or as the send-off that ends the trip on a high.
Do you work with destination management companies (DMCs)?
Yes — DMCs are some of our favorite partners. We act as your local San Diego wellness and experience provider: you own the client relationship and the itinerary, we deliver a turnkey experience that runs on your schedule and makes your program stand out.
What group sizes can you handle?
Anywhere from 10 to 100+ guests. Smaller leadership groups get an intimate, curated experience; larger conference and incentive groups get a format designed for scale — multiple instructors, staggered timing and locations that work for big headcounts.
Can you host at our hotel or conference venue?
Absolutely. We regularly host on-site at hotels, resorts and venues across San Diego county, or at nearby beaches, trails and parks. We handle instructors, equipment and permits, so there's no extra lift for your team.
How far in advance should we book?
For conferences and incentive programs, 4–8 weeks gives us room to design something custom. That said, San Diego is our backyard — if your group is already on the calendar, reach out and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
